Monroe Staffing Services is currently seeking qualified candidates for exciting Material Handler opportunities in the Charlotte area. We currently have a Forklift position available !!
- leading manufacturer of pavement and wall concrete products for commercial, residential, contractor, industrial, and retail customers.

We currently have a one Forklift position available. The hours will be 2:30 pm to 1:00 am. Monday-Saturday.
Job Description (primary responsibilities):
-Utilize a forklift to move product from the plant to inventory stocking in the yard.
-Flatbed side-loading experience highly desired.
-Perform general labor as needed.
-Re-stack pallets as necessary.
-Operate shrink wrap machine.
-Work outside in all kinds of weather.
You will perform various material-handling functions on an as needed basis. Tasks will be set according to daily production and will be monitored by the shift supervisor. Standards of measure are as follows:
--Product will be stacked in the yard neatly and undamaged according to locally established standards.
--The employee's shift inspections will be accurate and will call out any equipment problems found.
--The employee will maintain a neat and tidy work area as established in local 5S standards.
