Customer Service Rep_WS

Monroe Staffing Services in Winston-Salem is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Greensboro, NC! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information as well as resolving issues quickly and professionally for the customer. Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Provide information about multiple products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, questions, or concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services


  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology a plus

All positions are Monday through Friday but applicants must be flexible with their schedule. Base pay ranges based on experience with some positions offering a commission structure.
