Job Description

Essential Functions

 Processing customer request via phone, fax, web portal or email

 Performing requests in Total Recall

 Making same day call backs to clients

 Assist clients with the web-portal

 Data entry of inbound work orders

 File billed work orders

 Assisting new customer set ups in the web portal

 Handling minor customer service issues/concerns

 Perform special tasks as directed by the Customer Service Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

 H.S. Diploma or Equivalent

 One year of previous customer service experience

 Excellent PC skills

 Exceptional Communication skills.

 Problem solving skills.

 Knowledge of MS Office, specifically Microsoft Outlook and Word

 Knowledge of Total Recall, Internet, Windows XP, and Excel

 Typing 45 wpm or greater.
