Working with a client in Waltham looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst. This is a 3-6 month assignment to cover an for an employee out on FMLA. This person is responsible for the following:
- Analyze compensation plans to ensure they are competitive in the market.
- Evaluate new positions
- Review global market compensation trends
- Consult with HRBP on compensation plans
- Total Rewards program
- Advanced Excel skills- PowerPoint and Excel
- Workday a huge plus!
