Lisa Clement

Lisa joined Monroe Staffing in May 2019 as Regional Manager overseeing offices in MA and NH.

She was appointed Director of Commercial Sales US for Monroe Staffing and Key Resources in January 2022.

Before joining Staffing 360, Lisa worked in Staffing for True Blue overseeing both Sales and Operations for almost 6 years. Throughout her career, she’s held both Regional and District roles in the Retail Industry.  Some of Lisa’s hobbies are fitness, travel, and golf.  She also enjoys going to concerts, sporting events, and spending time with her friends and family in CT and Upstate NY.

Amy Innarelli

Amy is progressively successful and has cross-functional experience in several different disciplines, including customer service, administration, human resources, recruitment, business development, and operations management.  

Amy’s tactical organizational skills, creative problem-solving techniques, and ability to develop cohesive team structure between various departments using strategic communication and aptitude has earned many awards such as; Rookie of The Year, MVP, and Presidents Club, as well as four prestigious promotions in her 8 year tenure with Monroe Staffing.

Angela Jones

Angela Jones started her career in staffing in 1993, as a staffing coordinator for a national staffing agency.

She joined Key Resources on the 2nd day of its inception in May 1996. During her tenure, she has held many roles including a recruiter, customer service, as well as developing sales leads.

Today she concentrates on maintaining good relationships with existing customers as well as developing relationships with new customers, also recruits candidates for open positions as well as some sales, and anything in between.
