Amy is progressively successful and has cross-functional experience in several different disciplines, including customer service, administration, human resources, recruitment, business development, and operations management.  

Amy’s tactical organizational skills, creative problem-solving techniques, and ability to develop cohesive team structure between various departments using strategic communication and aptitude has earned many awards such as; Rookie of The Year, MVP, and Presidents Club, as well as four prestigious promotions in her 8 year tenure with Monroe Staffing.

Amy’s key soft skills are both adaptability in changing situations and ability to interact successfully at different levels in a fast paced diverse atmosphere.
