Lisa joined Monroe Staffing in May 2019 as Regional Manager, overseeing offices in MA and NH.

She was appointed Director of Commercial Sales US for Monroe Staffing and Key Resources in January 2022.

Before joining Staffing 360, Lisa worked in Staffing for True Blue, overseeing both Sales and Operations for almost 6 years. Throughout her career, she’s held both Regional and District roles in the Retail Industry.  Some of Lisa’s hobbies are fitness, travel, and golf.  She also enjoys going to concerts, sporting events, and spending time with her friends and family in CT and Upstate NY.
