Job Description

Key Resources Inc. is currently seeking qualified candidates for exciting Machine Operator opportunities in the Greensboro, NC area. The Machine Operator position will be with a stable company anticipating continued growth in the next quarter. As a Machine Operator, your daily duties may consist up to but not limited to:

  • The Machine operator will observe machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunctions, adjusting machines as necessary.

  • The Machine operator will set up and operate bindery machines to cut and fold long pieces of paper into correct packaging dimensions.

  • The Machine operator will perform minor machine maintenance, such as oiling or cleaning machines, dies, or work pieces, or adding coolant to machine reservoirs.

Job Requirements

As a Machine Operator, you will be expected to fulfill the following requirements:

  • The Machine operator will inspect work pieces for defects, and measure work pieces to determine accuracy of machine operation, using rules, templates, or other measuring instruments.

  • The Machine operator will set machine stops or guides to specified lengths as indicated by scales, rules, or templates.

  • The Machine Operator will arrive at workstation on time.

  • The Machine Operator will ensure work area is clean and safety standards are followed.

  • The Machine Operator is responsible for understanding and applying the company's Quality Policy to ensure that quality objectives are met.

  • The Machine Operator must be able to pass criminal and drug background screenings.
