Lissette Rodriguez joined Monroe Staffing Services team in March as a Staffing Specialist at our Fall River MA office. Lissette has 3 years in the Staffing industry and almost 7 years in Customer Service. The staffing industry has helped her to grow both as a person and as a professional. It helped her believe in herself and have confidence. Being able to help individuals and families support their home is the best reward the industry offers Lissette. She has always believed that no matter where life takes you need to grow, help, and be brave. Success doesn't come from fear, it comes from hard work and never giving up. Lissette likes to prove to herself that she’s capable of doing what people doubt she can do. It has been very challenging with her language, but Lissette did not let that stop her and she is looking forward to the new challenges new adventure has to offer.
