Glenda Rodriguez joined the Monroe Staffing Services team in August as an Onside Coordinator in the Chelsea MA office. Glenda wanted an opportunity to excel in a position where she can be part of a team that is trying to achieve an ultimate customer service goal. At the start of 2020 Glenda started working as an On-site assistant, which set the stage for her role with Monroe Staffing Services. Glenda believes with her new role she will have an opportunity to work with diverse cultures she hasn’t known before. Glenda loves to work and interact with people, helping them achieve their goals, and this position allows her to do that. It is in Glenda’s nature to be persistent always finding a way to meet the clients and candidates goals.
