Monroe Staffing, a division of Staffing 360 Solutions is currently hiring a Process Manager at a reputable manufacturing facility in Youngstown, OH.  The ideal candidate will have S., B.A. in Business or Supply Chain and 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain management. Microsoft Excel advanced knowledge is necessary for this role. This company has a highly rated safety requirement that must be adhered to.
Hours: 1st shift (Hybrid)
This is a Direct Hire position
Pay Rate:  100k-130k Annually
Responsibilities of a Process Manager

  • Ability to work with planning team to update and maintain capacity plans.
  • Collaborate with numerous Departments to assure consistent development and alignment of all demand and supply plans.
  • Ability to work and plan with upper management for customer demands and on time delivery.
  • Prepare and present annual reviews of the 5-year industrial plan, including manufacturing flows.
  • Review and improve supply chain policies, areas of continuous improvement to optimize service levels, inventory for demand and financials.
  • Responsible for work effectiveness regarding wrench time, required competencies, overtime, etc.
  • Active member of the team dedicated to finding and qualifying outside finishing sources to increase capacity levels.
  • Interview, hire, train and monitor performances within the department.
  • Develop programs/SOP to increase efficiencies within departments
Qualifications and needed experience of a Process Manager

  • S., B.A. in Business or Supply Chain required.
  • Five (5) plus years manufacturing experience along with supply chain management or related fields.
  • APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certificate strongly preferred.
  • Effective communication skills with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills preferred.
  • Previous analytical, financial and capacities experience required.
  • Advanced Excell experience is necessary for SAP/APS.
  • Required to follow and abide by all safety rules and use proper PPE.
  • Dedicated team presence and leadership skills preferred.
