Monroe Staffing, a division of Staffing 360 Solutions, is currently hiring a Welder for a well-known manufacturing company located in Vienna, OH.  

The ideal candidate is required to have 5+ years’ experience fabricating ASME code product. Successful completion of internal welding certification required, and High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Hours: 1stShift

Salary: $19 - $23 per hour

Key Responsibilities for a Welder

• Operate a variety of hand and power tools including but not limited to tape, string line square, level, saws, grinders, drills, welders, and overhead crane.

• Read and fully comprehend blueprints, bill of materials, customer specification, weld procedures and written.

• Must be able to pass 100% x-ray jobs with a 99% pass rate.

• Ability to make RT and UT weld repairs. 

• Ability to set up and run 3G - GM14W and or 3G - FC8.

• Maintain and complete all required records and production documentation accurately and neatly.

Qualifications for a Welder

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• 5+ years’ experience fabricating ASME code product required.

• Successful completion of internal welding certification.

• Ability to interpret blueprints and scope documentation and specifications.

• Experience with GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, GTAW and SAW welding processes.

• Acquire and maintain the required tools specified for the Welder position.
