Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work to support the internal recruitment and onboarding process for all Staffing 360 Solutions US brands as well as work to support the Human Resources department in any special projects, as needed.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Manage applicant flow through: sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews
  • Maintain contact with applicants and set expectations for the interview process
  • Provide all necessary employment information to candidates, including benefits, compensation, and safety information
  • Process background checks and verify references for internal candidates
  • Participate in weekly recruitment meetings
  • Build a national network of active and passive candidates through a variety of outreach methods, including cold-calling, emailing, and social media
  • Update job descriptions on a quarterly basis or as needed
  • Promote internal referral program to all employees
  • Attend job fairs, community-networking events, college career fairs on a regular basis
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including creating welcome packets
  • Create employee folders for newly hired employees and ensure files are compliant with company guidelines as well as state and federal laws
  • Prepare reports on new hire metrics
  • Other projects, as requested

Qualifications

  • 1 year in recruitment based role or 2+ years in retail, hospitality, or customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Prior experience with recruiting tools, social media recruitment, and Application Tracking Software (ATS) a plus
  • Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
