Service Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Working with a client in Livingston, NJ looking for a Service Order Fulfillment Coordinator. This is a permanent opportunity with the following responsibilities:

  • Final expert review of installation services at customer locations
  • Production and Workflow planning meetings
  • Equipment service scheduling- writing quotes for customers and reps
  • Inventory management
  • Send requests to managers for new products
  • Track progress when stalled
  • Notify reps regarding orders needed or orders pending
  • Process POs
  • Process UPS shipping labels (Domestic & International)
  • Customer Service
  • Shipping and Receiving
  • AR report for sales, installs & revenue
  • Preinstallation requirement gathering
  • Experience working with MS Office and ERP systems
