Valley Area Company is looking for a skilled QC Inspector. QC Inspector must have minimum 3 years of hands on. Company is looking for an inspector with minimum of 3 years of experience strictly inspection reading blue prints including GD&T, shadow graph, pin gauges and other measuring tools.

Quality Assurance Inspector needed for visual & dimensional inspection of small precision machined parts.

Responsibilities

Inspect manufactured parts for visual, dimensional, & functional requirements

Verify machine setups

Document inspection findings on reports & records

Communicate with others on technical matters

Check packaging, labeling, material handling, & storage

Qualifications

Proficiency measuring & testing with various precision measuring instruments (shadow graphs, pin gauges, comparators micro

Read & interpret technical drawings (including GD&T)

Follow test procedures & work instructions

Knowledge of manufacturing processes

Prepare reports

Promote process Improvement

Analyze Information

Written & verbal communication on technical matters

Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, & Outlook

Inspect small precision parts visually with & without magnification
