Working with a company in New Haven, CT looking for an Office Manager/Receptionist. This is a temp to perm role with the following responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Manage reception desk
- Support application selection process
- Third party verification, scheduling, participate in interviews and orientations
- Clerical duties- filing, faxing, typing, phones etc.
- Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Bilingual a PLUS
