Masker

A Masker duties include applying paint, lacquer, or other coating material to products.

Experience Requirements

· MUST be able to work well independently and within a team setting

· MUST be able to understand and interpret provided blueprints to determine specific masking requirements

· MUST have previous masking experience in an aerospace/manufacturing setting.

· Supervisor potential and experience is a plus.

· MUST be detail oriented and quality focused.

· Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail and a mature level of patience.

· Positive attitude and willing to help where and when needed

· Ideal candidates must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when necessary.

· Strong communication skills
Must be able to easily follow written and verbal instructions; must be able to read and understand instructions from management and customers
