Monroe Staffing, a division of Staffing 360 Solutions, is currently hiring a Manufacturing Coordinator for a well-known chemical manufacturing company located in Fall River, MA. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of leadership and manufacturing experience in a warehouse setting.

Location: Fall River, MA

Payrate: $18.00-19.00/HR

Time: M-TH 7:30-4:30, Fri 7:30-11:30

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Coordinator:

Print production labels using design software for new labels
Scan and upload shipping and receiving documents
Input temporary labor invoices and utility invoices
Provides a safe work environment and adheres to company policies and legal regulations
Responsible for reporting and documenting workplace accidents, injuries, property damage, and near miss incidents
Assist with onboarding new employees
Help organize and execute employee outreach programs like Food truck Fridays, box lunches, etc.
Maintains good leadership with team leaders and associates
Responsible for performing the team leader’s job functions when they are not here
Assists with Research and Development Team
Other duties or projects as assigned

Requirements of the Manufacturing Coordinator:

High School Diploma or GED
Three (3) years of leadership and manufacturing experience
Must have proven experience in MS office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
