Manager, Internal Service Delivery

Job purpose

Will have overall responsibility for driving internal stakeholder satisfaction across our US Brand footprint. Will align and engage resources and support to ensure Brand personnel can focus on driving the growth of their respective businesses.

Essential Functions

  • Will have overall responsibility for delivering internal solutions to existing and emerging business challenges across the U.S. Brands
  • Assist the Senior Vice President, U.S. Shared Services with centralizing back office functions from other U.S. entities
  • Develops and maintains functional process documentation
  • Manages open issue tracking and resolution
  • Supports Senior Vice President, U.S. Shared Services on all process optimization initiatives
  • Support swift resolution of internal stakeholder inquiries
  • Manage all non-it Projects such as new office set-up, equipment provisioning and Ad hoc as required
  • Maintain all non-IT vendor relationships
  • Identifies areas for process improvement
  • Manage all lease agreement lifecycles from execution to termination
  • Support Internal and External Audit activities
  • Deliver strong individual performance on SLA's and other defined KPI targets

Qualifications

  • 6-9 years or more of operational process management and/or project management skills
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and competing priorities at the same time
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, MS Project a plus
  • Drives accuracy and attention to detail in all activities
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and is driven to meet deadlines
  • Works equally well independently or in a team environment

Physical requirements

This position requires phone work, computer usage and constant interaction with Recruitment, Sales, Payroll, Finance, Management and other Staff. Must be able to remain sitting or standing for long periods of time. Ability to frequently reach, push, bend, twist and squat when filing and using office equipment. Ability to frequently see, hear and understand instructions. Occasionally moves or transports boxes weighing up to 25lbs with supply deliveries.
