JOB DESCRIPTIONS DUTIES - SPECIFIC TASKS

Background Check Yes - Tier 1 - Drug Test Yes - 5-panel

Lumpers (inbound/outbound person): TAs load/unload boxes, palletize merchandize, etc. Freezer gear will be provided by the customer. TAs will need warm clothes, a hat, and steel toed boots. Their clothing should not have any offensive language or things hanging off of clothes (a tag, chains, strips of cloth, etc) and nothing distracting is allowed in the freezers (Ex: headphones)

Forklift Operator: TAs driving Fork Lifts upon state required certification.

Material Handling Operators: TAs operate electric jacks, man-up cranes, cherry pickers, boom trucks, and crown equipments. It is harder to recruit for this position because it requires that an individual be a jack-of-all-trades - they need to know both how to operate and fix/repair the materials handling equipment. They are looking for skilled maintenance mechanics.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Capable of lifting 50 lbs, pushing, pulling, possibly operating a forklift, and maneuvering in freezer/refrigerated spaces.

PPE

Freezer gear will be provided by the customer. TAs must wear steel toe boots, hats and warm clothes.
