Internal Delivery Support Specialist

The Internal Delivery Support Specialist will support the Manager, Internal Service Delivery in driving internal stakeholder satisfaction across our US Brands. This includes compiling reports, conducting audits, and supporting the Shared Service functions.

Responsibilities

  • Daily transactional support of Shared Service functions
  • Compile and maintain process and procedure documentation
  • Update client account files as required
  • Monitoring Vendor Management Systems processes, notifications, configurations
  • Audit data accuracy in internal and external database systems
  • Generate daily, weekly, monthly reporting as needed
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests
  • Exception handling for on-boarding into internal databases
  • Assist in integration and on-boarding of new enterprise accounts or brand acquisitions
  • Internal configuration and support contact for external vendors
  • Project and Testing support

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Three (3) years or more operational and process management experience
  • Knowledge of third party and Vendor Management Systems
  • Proficient in Excel and other MS Office programs
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent data entry, customer service, communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of staffing industry, standards, and compliance requirements preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • This position requires phone work, computer usage and constant interaction with Recruitment, Sales, Payroll, Finance, Management and other Staff. Must be able to remain sitting or standing for long periods of time. Ability to frequently reach, push, bend, twist and squat when filing and using office equipment. Ability to frequently see, hear and understand instructions. Occasionally moves or transports boxes weighing up to 25lbs with supply deliveries.
