Working with a client in White Plains looking for an Information & Records Assistant. This person is needed to support Supply Chain with filing electronic documents to the Digital Warehouse. This role with assist with records scanning and migrating files to a designated repository.
- Prepare documents for scanning, log documents, and organize folders.
- Filing Adobe Sign documents.
- Filing of insurance documents.
- Process Improvements
- Index documents that have been scanned.
- Looking for someone with experience Open Text Content Service and SharePoint.
- Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Microsoft Access.
- Experience with an Enterprise Content Management System.
