Account Manager with business development, candidate sourcing and great customer service experience

Job Description: The Account Manager generates new business relationships by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. The Account Manager will develop a portfolio of accounts with recruitment needs. He/she will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates based on the employer's specifications.   • Market staffing services to employers in key industries to secure new accounts and job openings
  • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates to fill open positions, screen them according to job requirements, set up interviews and follow up with the client
  • Assist candidates on how to prepare for the interviews
  • Network with businesses and other professional groups to develop new relationships
  • Meet monthly placement targets
  • Manage database of job development leads
  • Performs other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of skills and experience related to the position
  • Successful experience in meeting goals in a sales environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
