Seeking a Customer Service Specialist. The primary responsibilities of the is position are to support the customer at the point of contact, prepare orders for processing, and process daily invoices using ERP/CRM computer system.
-Answer and route incoming calls
-Utilize company CRM system to track inquires and create contacts
-Print picking tickets for factory processing
-Processes daily invoices
-General office duties such as filing and labeling
-Back up support to Inside Sales
