Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will respond to customers' inquiries via telephone and e-mail, resolving problems and providing information about client products or services.

Your specific duties in this role will include:

  • Taking and entering orders into computer system
  • Keeping records of customer interactions or transactions, and recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
  • Resolving customers' service or billing complaints
  • Consulting with customers to recommend new or additional products and services
