Monroe Staffing, a division of Staffing 360 Solutions, is a leading staffing agency in the U.S. in the light industrial sector. We are currently seeking a Composite Technician for a large manufacturer of molds and casts for commercial busses located in Fall River, MA.

The ideal candidate must have basic experience in a composite manufacturing environment. Should also have experience with construction, mechanic, sanding, buffing, painting, cutting, using grinders, assembling, or using power drills and hand tools.

Location: Fall River, MA 02721

Pay Rate: 17.50/Hour

Days: Monday – Friday

Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Duties of Composite Technician:

Composite Technician must have experience working with polyester resins, laminating, and performing hand lay-up and painting process.
Experience with gel coating and spray painting or spray gun.
Experience with patching and repairing gel coat.
Spray paint, spray gun, or hand painting experience.
Experience with buffing finished work.
Composite Technician must have sanding and fairing skills.
Must be able to prep for painting.
Composite Technician must have experience with power drills and hand tools.

Requirements for Composite Technician:

Must be able to work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Some areas in plant will be very dusty and loud.
Manufacturing plant will have a smell of plastic resin or paint in production area.
Must have basic experience in a composite manufacturing environment.
Experience with construction, mechanic, sanding, buffing, cutting, painting, using grinders, assembling, or using power drills and hand tools.
Lifting up to 50 lbs.
Must be hands-on.
Safety shoes are required.
All other safety materials will be provided by company.
