Monroe Staffing is currently hiring for call center reps in the Colchester, CT area! These are strictly seasonal positions available thru the end of the summer! College kids welcomed!
- Answer phones and handle calls in a timely and professional manner including but not limited to entering orders, confirming prices, projecting shipping costs and delivery times and processing process quotes and invoice requests.
- Process mail, fax and internet orders daily
- Reading purchase orders to follow thru on all customer requests
- Looking up account information and account history
- Able to use a headset and a computer simultaneously
TRAINING HOURS ARE 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM FOR THE FIRST 2-3 WEEKS. MAY ALSO INCLUDE A SATURDAY TRAINING CLASS. AFTER TRAINING, STANDARD HOURS WILL BE 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. OR 10:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.
