Job purpose
The Onsite Coordinator works at the on-site location of a Contingent Workforce Management Group Client, handling the day to day tasks of arranging assignments for temporary employees, as well as communicating directly with the client to ensure that their staffing needs are consistently met.
Essential Functions
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to Client Company inquiries and ensuring temporary associate staff are compliant with the Client rules and regulations
- Perform daily check-ins prior, during and after shifts to ensure job safety.
- Walk the production floor daily and engage with temporary associates in a positive and friendly manner
- Track PPE distribution
- Review Job Hazard analysis (JHA) and job expectations with associates
- Manage candidate attendance, follow up with all no call/no show candidates documenting in ATS; issue discipline in accordance with company and client policies and procedures
- Ensure temporary associates are set up in the clocking system and that all associates are properly clocked in and out for their shifts daily
- Assist in providing associate's work hours to payroll on a weekly basis as well as report missing hours in a timely manner
- Monitor associate's attire to ensure that they are following Client's PPE and GMP requirements
- Participate in safety meetings
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with all levels of employees
- Gather and maintain accurate records for all associates
- Email reports to management as needed
- Help in maintaining a culture of quality, continuous improvement and safety in the workforce
- Manage any injuries, violations of policy, coaching and discipline of associates
- Manage performance and attendance records. Keep performance, attendance and discipline well documented
- Utilize ATS to find immediate replacements, communicating effectively with client and account manager of such needs
- Build and maintain pool of candidates with use of online search, posting and call programs
- Must be flexible to fill in on other shifts as needed
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Computer literate, working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Warehouse, production, food industry experience
- Line or production lead experience
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented
- Able to handle confidential material and sensitive situations in a reliable manner
- Able to work under pressure and communicate with different levels of management and diverse personality types
- Flexible schedule and able to work overtime and weekends
- Good written and verbal communication skills and outstanding customer service (internal and external)
- Excellent project management/organizational skills with an ability to manage numerous projects and work processes simultaneously
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- OSHA 10 certified (within first 6 months of job - paid for by company)
