Benefits Administrator

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Educate and advise employees on eligibility, costs, and coverage, and provides information for use in memos, presentation , or other benefits communications
  • Acts as a liaison between the company and third-party benefits providers
  • Provides guidance during claims or enrollment process
  • Maintains records related to benefits plan participation or contributions
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned
  • Handle benefits inquiries and complaints to ensure quick, equitable and courteous resolution


  • Minimum 5 years in HR Benefits Administration or Coordination
  • Knowledge of benefits principles, programs, and practices
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
