Provide high level customer service and ensure compliance to all company's rules and regulations. Manage daily on-site operations. Coordinate with supervisors to plan activities for higher productivity on production site. maintain relationship with management to resolve employee issues, concerns, and grievances per company policy. Train all temporary employees on company policies and procedures. Send reports for every shift as necessary. Handle difficult situations that may arise. Delivering checks to supervisors and resolving any check discrepancies.
