Monroe Staffing in Winston-Salem, NC is looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians for 2nd shift in Welcome, NC. Hours will be Monday through Friday from 2:30pm to 11pm but the employee will need to be flexible as the need arises. Candidates will need to provide an updated resume and proof of high school/GED completion in order to be considered for the position.


Job Duties:
o Support maintenance activities and projects
o Support manufacturing production needs
o Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled
o Maintain scrap/recycle material programs
o Provide general maintenance and housekeeping support in production areas
o Complete self-directed projects as assigned
o Perform other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
o High school diploma or GED and possess a valid North Carolina driver's license.
o General mechanical background is required.
o Heavy lifting is required.
o Experience with industrial electrical background and working with electrical circuits is preferred.
o Experience with 110 volt and 480 volt circuits, and general mechanical maintenance background.
o Must have knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic operating systems.
o Computer experience preferred.
o Flexible hours may be required.
o Must be willing and able to learn new skills and be flexible enough to support manufacturing production needs.
o Ability to work independently or as a team member.
