Wellington started working for Monroe staffing in 2019 and it has been one of the most pleasant experience to be part of this company.  Psychology student with more than 10 years of experience in leadership and customer service roles. Wellington came to the United States 5 years ago from Dominican Republic and this journey has given him enough experience and knowledge to work hand in hand with the people and their needs in this amazing work environment. Wellington is super motivated person and love new challenges.
