Rafael Velez joins Monroe Staffing Services team in August as a Staffing Specialist in the Hartford CT office. Rafael had the amazing opportunity to supervise group homes for individuals with mental disabilities in the past 10 years. Rafael started at 19 and was one of the youngest program managers in the company which was a huge achievement for him. Rafael’s recent achievement was joining the 360 Solution team as an opportunity to grow as an individual and remain in a career that’s dedicated to helping the community. Some of Rafale’s strengths are that he’s a go-getter!  and enjoys learning new things and giving up for him has never been an option which has led him on many wonderful journeys. Also, Rafael is Bilingual, CPR/FA certified for adult-child/infants and animals, Licensed Physical Management Training (PMT), Med Certified, and Recruiting.
