Paula Castro joined the Monroe Staffing team on November 22, 2021, as Onboarding Administrator in the Providence, RI office. Paula is passionate, resourceful, and caring. Her main role in the office is to make sure candidates are fully compliant before their 1st day of work by helping them with their application, I-9, and direct deposit. In addition, while she’s in the office is responsible for answering phone calls, doing drug tests, having candidates sign job descriptions, and helping people with getting their paystubs or active compass for them to check online. Her greatest professional achievement was responding to over 70 customer calls daily and solving 90% of their concerns. The best piece of advice she has received is that she never stops learning and growing as a person.
