Luis Garay started his career with Monroe Staffing in 2014 as a manufacturing employee at one of our accounts.  He quickly worked his way up to 1st shift Coordinator in one of Monroe Staffing’s largest customers located in Manchester New Hampshire. Luis has held multiple roles during his tenor with Monroe Staffing including; Safety and Compliance Coordinator, Staffing Specialist and most recently returning to his roots as an Onsite Coordinator in Chelsea Massachusetts. Luis’ sharp safety and relationship building skills minimized the injury rate and has proven instrumental in building strong relationships with customers in every region he takes on.
