Lisa Shoop joined the Staffing 360 Solutions team in September as Compliance Supervisor in Shelton, CT. Lisa joined Staffing 360 Solutions because she has always wanted to work in Human Resources/Staffing.  Lisa received a Human Resources degree but did not end up working in the field. Lisa has been working for Affordable Housing agencies for the past 10 years; most recently focusing on Compliance. When the Compliance Supervisor opportunity became available to her, she was very excited. Lisa felt that her compliance background and her desire to work in HR/Staffing made the job a perfect fit! Lisa has always focused on helping others in her career and hopes to be able to contribute to the success of Staffing 360 Solutions by working closely with colleagues and learning all she can to make our clients and candidates satisfied. Lisa’s greatest professional achievement so far is the many individuals and families who she has helped while working in Affordable Housing.
