Juan has been a recruiter for 17 years and has spent the last 15 years with Monroe Staffing. Juan has placed candidates throughout New England on all levels, from entry level to higher-skilled candidates. Juan has achieved awards in 2003 as rookie of the year and awarded to President’s Club in 2018. In his years with Monroe Staffing he has worked in multiple offices around Connecticut and also acquired a client base in Massachusetts. Juan has trained many recruiters, some of whom have gone on to become Branch Operation Supervisors. He has great customer/client relations and goes above and beyond to meet his goals. With incredible candidate relations and retention, Juan has proven time and again to be a very successful Staffing Specialist.
