Jose Barrientos currently works out of the Providence office as an onsite coordinator. He has worked with Monroe Staffing Since February of 2020 and has gained much experience in the field. Since Jose has started, he has excelled in employee and customer relations ensuring we are providing the best service to our clients and best experience to our candidates. His goal always is to get every candidate who comes through the doors hired with our client, by providing them with the right guidance to do so. While Jose is Onsite with one of our high profile accounts, he represents Monroe with a great sense of professionalism and integrity during his daily operations. Prior to starting his time with Monroe, he received his bachelor’s degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Rhode Island College.  A quote that Jose likes to start his day with is “The best preparation for tomorrow is doing your best today” – Jackson Brown.
