Genesis joined Monroe in December 2020 as Onboarding Administrator at the East Hartford Office. She makes sure candidates are fully compliant before their 1st day of work by helping them with their application, I-9, and direct deposit. In addition, while she’s in the office is responsible for answering phone calls, doing drug tests, having candidates sign job descriptions, and helping people with getting their paystubs or active compass for them to check online.  Assist the candidates while supporting the team with the on-boarding process and the daily office duties. Always do her best to help the team by being a team player, paying attention to detail and providing good customer service. Prior to Monroe, she was employed at ASA College in New York as a Registrar Assistant for 1 year.
