Liz started with Monroe Staffing’s Business Development Training Program in January 2014. After 5 months of learning the ropes, she became the Business Development Account Manager for our West Haven and Stratford offices then acquiring our Waterbury office a couple months later. In 2016, those offices along with others throughout the state merged respectfully into our current Milford and Hartford HUBS. In August 2017, Liz joined the Hartford Team to expand our client partnerships throughout Northern CT and Western MA territories. In October 2018, Liz was promoted to Market Manager overseeing all CT, Western MA and Southern New Hampshire territories. Prior to Liz’s Light Industrial Staffing experience, she managed various promotional events across New England, Florida, and New Orleans while maintaining a positive and professional persona for numerous clients' brand awareness including Dunkin' Brands, Kayem, Tribe Hummus, Lee Roy Selmons, and Webster Bank. Liz graduated with a Bachelor’s in Textile Marketing from The University of Rhode Island when everything manufacturing was moving overseas. Liz enjoys helping clients make cool stuff in USA.
