“Going where no man (or woman) has gone before….” This describes exactly what I do.  I’m Diana, Outreach Sales Specialist at Monroe Staffing, and I’ve been here for a year. I am a member of the Sales Team and support our complete Commercial Staffing division.   My entire focus and outreach are for Large Accounts so I’m cold calling 100% of the time.  Researching and learning about the company gives me confidence.  It feels like I know the company before I call.  Every call is different. That makes it challenging, exciting, and nerve-wracking all at the same time!   The adrenalin rush bursts when I get a Business Development Specialist into an account, and that account signs a contract; we fill orders.  There has been a 25% increase of business because of my efforts.  It doesn’t get any better than that.  And it’s always on to the next one, to the next one….
