I’m the Branch Operations Manager of Fall River, MA. 

I started working for Monroe Staffing at the beginning of 2017 and I have enjoyed every minute of it. I was born in Lima, Perú and came to the United States when I was 16 years old. Since, I came to the United States I believe that anything is possible with efforts and hard work. Therefore, I consider myself an ambitious and hard-working person. I love working with people and having a good time. I believe in working hard, you also get to play hardJ. I love learning and sharing my knowledge, therefore I’m looking forward to working with you and making the organization stronger.
