Ashley Aguiar has been working for Monroe Staffing since April 2014. She started with the company as a temporary Recruiting Assistant in the Springfield, MA office and has worked her way up to Branch Operations Supervisor in the Marlborough, MA office. Ashley has been an integral part of growing the Marlborough, MA office, she is a mentor and a great resource for her team. Before Monroe Staffing, Ashley had been in many previous customer service and management style roles which are believed to be part of her success as this experience gave her the account management and customer relationship skills that have helped create her success at Monroe Staffing. During Ashley’s time at Monroe, she has developed and maintained extremely strong and impactful relationships with major clients and is a 3 time President’s Club award winner! Ashley is passionate about recruiting and enjoys helping candidates and clients every day.
