Angel Romero joins Monroe Staffing Services team in June of 2005. Angel brings with him over 25 years of experience in the Staffing Industry. Soon after, in the same year that Angel started with Monroe Staffing won Rookie of the year within a 6-month span. A huge highlight for him as a newbie coming into a new environment. This 2022 Angel is entering to his 17th year with Monroe, as a Senior Recruiter, he loves being able to help change people’s lives for the better, by finding them work is such a great reward at the end of the day. Angel has been fortunate enough to be a member of the President’s Club for the 13th year in a row. President’s Club is an award that the Company offers to the Top Performers each year, the reward for this award is an all-inclusive trip and has taken Angel to some amazing places, Aruba, Bahamas, Atlantis, Bermuda, and Cancun Mexico to name a few of the places they have been awarded over the years.
Angel feels blessed to be able to work with such great co-workers that have become part of my family.
