Alicia has been with Monroe Staffing since 2013.  She started as a Recruiting Assistant and was promoted to the Safety and Compliance Coordinator at the East Hartford location.  She has 10+ years in the administrative field and is an expert in her industry when it comes to Administrative Office Management, Document Control, Full-Cycle Hiring process and Customer Service.   This knowledge has helped her with processes for her office’s recruiting process and maintaining top compliance of the East Hartford Branch.  Alicia teaches safety classes to ensure client safety on and off the job.  She visits our Customers to ensure clients on the job have a safe working environment and personal safety compliance.
