Press Machine Operator

 

 

Monroe Staffing, a division of Staffing 360 Solutions, is seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator for a company located in Attleboro, MA. The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of Press Operator experience, along with the ability to clearly communicate in English and previous overnight shift experience. 

 

Location: Attleboro, MA 

Pay rate: $18-$20 HR 

Shift: 3rd shift M-F 8:30pm to 5:30am

 

Key Responsibilities of the Press Operator:

 

• Efficiently troubleshooting machinery 
• Start and stop machine 
• Run Press Operator 
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Use of micrometers, and calipers
• Perform stamping and pressing of metal 

 

 

Qualifications of the Yard Helper: 

 

• Minimum 2 year of machine operating experience, and familiarity with safety regulations
• Preferred experience with Press Machine
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to consistently lift 35lbs
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities quickly
• Excellent attendance record
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Basic math skills
