Assembler

 

 

Monroe Staffing, a division of Staffing 360 Solutions, is seeking a skilled and motivated Assembler for a company located in Taunton, MA. The ideal candidate would have at least 1 year of wood assembly experience, along with the ability to clearly communicate in English and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

 

Location: Taunton, MA 

Pay rate: $18.50- $19HR 

Shift: 1st shift M-F 6:00am to 2:30pm

 

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Pulls/receives finished material from Moulding Machine
• Bundles and ties Moulding according to specifications
• Stacks/places bundles of molds on dollies as required per work order
• Pushes/pulls dolly to designated area 
• Keeps work area clean and orderly at all times 
• Complies with company standard operation procedures, safety policies, and OSHA standards
• Promotes teamwork by assisting other crew members with their duties as needed to ensure quality and production targets are being met
• Must lift regularly 25Lbs and occasionally up to 50Lbs 
• Stand throughout shift, walk and use hands and fingers and reach with arms

 

Qualifications of the Assembler: 

 

• Excellent attendance record
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
• High School diploma/GED preferred but not required 
• Mathematical Skills
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide 
• Ability to perform routine repetitive tasks
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one-or two-step instructions
