Brendan Flood
Chairman & CEO
Brendan Flood is the acting President of Professional Staffing (U.S.) and the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Staffing 360 Solutions.
Brendan is responsible for setting the vision and strategic direction of the Company, directing the Leadership team, and building the company culture.
Brendan sold Initio International to Staffing 360 Solutions in January 2014. Prior to Initio, he spent seven years at Hudson Global, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSON) in various roles in Europe and the United States, culminating with Brendan leading the company's IPO and listing its common stock on the Nasdaq National Market in 2003.
During 2004 and 2005, he was the CFO/COO for Hudson North America, returning this business to profitability after several loss-making years. Before the IPO in 2003, Hudson was part of what is now Monster Worldwide, Inc., the parent company of Monster.com. As part of the global realignment of Monster Worldwide, Inc. in November 2001, Brendan became CFO for all the company's operations in the Americas, which amounted to $1.8 billion of annualized revenues. Brendan has lived and worked in several different countries, has a strong background in M&A, and graduated from Dublin City University (Ireland) with a Bachelor of Arts in accounting and finance.
Alicia Barker
Chief Operating Officer
Alicia Barker is a dynamic, highly regarded HR executive and Certified Professional Coach. She brings 20 years of experience from various fast-paced, competitive industries. She has served in leadership roles for publicly traded companies, independently owned boutiques and international advertising agencies.
Alicia has managed large teams and provided professional development and executive coaching to various professionals. Her last corporate role was as the lead HR Executive of Human Resources for Hudson North America, a professional staffing company. Alicia reported to the?President and oversaw the HR operations for 37 offices.
Alicia was previously the owner of Act II, a privately owned HR consulting and executive coaching business. She is an active leader and fundraiser in her community and has held board positions for the New Jersey Festival Orchestra, the Historic Preservation Commission and the Westfield, NJ Board of Health.
Angela Jones
SVP, Reg Operations, Southeast
Angela Jones started her career in staffing in 1993 as a staffing coordinator for a national staffing agency.
She joined Key Resources on the second day of its inception in May 1997. During her tenure, she has held many roles, including recruitment, customer service and developing sales leads.
Today, she concentrates on maintaining good relationships with existing customers, developing relationships with new customers, recruiting candidates for open positions, making some sales and anything in between.
Amy Innarelli
SVP, Regional Operations, North
Amy is successful and has cross-functional experience in several different disciplines, including customer service, administration, human resources, recruitment, business development and operations management.
Amy's tactical organizational skills, creative problem-solving techniques and ability to develop cohesive team structures between various departments using strategic communication and aptitude have earned her many awards, such as Rookie of the Year, MVP, and Presidents Club, as well as four prestigious promotions in her 13-year tenure with Monroe Staffing.
Amy's key soft skills are adaptability in changing situations and the ability to interact successfully at different levels in a fast-paced, diverse atmosphere. Most importantly, Amy has shown the competency to learn new skills, build successful relationships with both internal and external business colleagues and customers, and continue to grow to an elite management level within a challenging contingent workforce industry.
Lisa Clement
SVP, Commercial Sales
Lisa joined Monroe Staffing in May 2019 as Regional Manager, overseeing offices in MA and NH.
She was appointed Director of Commercial Sales U.S. for Monroe Staffing and Key Resources in January 2022.
Before joining Staffing 360, Lisa worked in staffing for True Blue, overseeing sales and operations for almost six years. Throughout her career, she's held regional and district roles in the retail industry. Some of Lisa's hobbies are fitness, travel and golf. She also enjoys going to concerts, sporting events and spending time with her friends and family in CT and Upstate NY.
