RECRUITING ASSISTANT

  • Ensures that all employment records are completed, correctly processed, and the necessary data is scanned and entered in ATS for employment and compliance purposes
  • Audit ESP paperwork to ensure consistency and accuracy. Report audit findings to supervisor.
  • May be required to visit Client locations, as needed, to facilitate Associate check-in and distribute time cards and/or paychecks
  • Maintain information on Client requirements for the office
  • Complete background check, drug testing E-Verify and other pre-employment requirements per client specifications
  • Completes weekly benefits/no pay report
  • Time card approval tracking and organize paychecks once received
  • Work with recruiters to end assignments in ATS system
  • Follows protocol and direction for all incidences that may be reported to the Branch office in the course of business including but not limited to; injuries, harassment and discrimination claims
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must possess strong command of Microsoft Office; Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Attention to detail, a high level of organization and the ability to manage a high volume workload are necessary skill sets required for the success of this position
  • Must be able to type with accuracy and speed
  • Exercises confidentiality and discretion
  • Minimum of high school diploma
  • Previous HR and Safety experience a plus
