MONROE ACHIEVES INAVERO’S BEST OF STAFFING DESIGNATION In a recent survey conducted by the Inavero Institute and Career Builder and sent to over of 60,000 clients, Monroe staffing was one of only 47 staffing companies nationally to achieve the score necessary to be given ‘Best of Staffing’ designation.
To be awarded this, Monroe Staffing needed 75% of surveyed clients to rate them with a ‘willingness to recommend’ of 9 or 10 out of 10. This is truly remarkable compared to the overall industry benchmark of 55%.
Additionally, Best of Staffing winners achieved a 69% Net Promoter Score (NPS) methodology made famous by client loyalty author and former Bain consultant, Fred Reichheld. A single question, “how likely is it that you would recommend this firm to a friend or colleague?” The industry average for this being 41%.
